Answer: Yes, service for a period of 1 year will be provided by us at no cost extra for some exceptional cases where the customer has to pay for the service.
4. Why a charge controller not in the combo?
Answer: The UPS with the combo comes with an In-built charge controller.
5. How much electricity savings per month could be facilitated with this system?
Answer: On an average it saves 120 kWh monthly, cutting common appliance’s load consumption
6. Can I run heavy inductive or capacitive load like AC’s & geysers with it?
Answer: On an average even low rated & starred AC’s consume 500W same is the case with Geyser’s so it is recommended not to run such heavy load with small systems, all basic appliances like LED, Tube lights & fans can be used uninterruptedly with this product
7. How much time would it take after booking for complete installation?
Answer: It depends on the location of installation & complexity of design. In general it should take maximum of 21 days tentatively.
8. Can I purchase only the components & get it installed locally.
Answer: Yes you can. In that case Installation cost will be removed from the price.
9. Any additional charge that I will have to pay?
Answer: There is no additional charge as such.
